POLD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,509 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM6, MCM7, and SMC2. Each is linked with POLD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD1-to-partner and partner-to-POLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD1 versus MCM6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
