POLA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, RACGAP1, and TOP2A. Each is linked with POLA2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLA2-to-partner and partner-to-POLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLA2 versus PRIM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
