POLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL41P, WASHC3P1, and IGSF22. Each is linked with POLA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLA2-to-partner and partner-to-POLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL41P grouped by POLA2-low versus POLA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
