Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC4, DARS2, and SF3B4. Each is linked with POGK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGK-to-partner and partner-to-POGK results are reported.
