PNPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP2, RBMY2JP, and HEBP2P1. Each is linked with PNPT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PNPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP2 grouped by PNPT1-low versus PNPT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
