PNPLA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,171 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRSN1, LRRC3B, and TRIM42. Each is linked with PNPLA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA7-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NRSN1 grouped by PNPLA7-low versus PNPLA7-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
