Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,193 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNPLA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILDR1, ITPRIP, and PLPP7. Each is linked with PNPLA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA5-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA5 versus ILDR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
