Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNMA8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN1, YWHAE, and LAMTOR1. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN1 grouped by PNMA8A-low versus PNMA8A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
