Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNMA8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNMA8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK10, HTR3D, and MBD3L2B. Each is linked with PNMA8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNMA8A-to-partner and partner-to-PNMA8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK10 grouped by PNMA8A-low versus PNMA8A-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNMA8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNMA8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
