Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMVK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,956 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMVK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL12, FAM86EP, and MRPL24. Each is linked with PMVK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMVK-to-partner and partner-to-PMVK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMVK versus KLHL12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
