Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAZ1B, BUD31, and RSBN1L. Each is linked with PMS2P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P5-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2P5 versus BAZ1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
