Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,665 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, ACTA2, and CCN2. Each is linked with PMS2P5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P5-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMS2P5 versus MYL9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
