Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,543 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMS2P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with PMS2P11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P11-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P11 results are reported.
