PMS2P11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMS2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,543 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMS2P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with PMS2P11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMS2P11-to-partner and partner-to-PMS2P11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction grouped by PMS2P11-low versus PMS2P11-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMS2P11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMS2P11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
