Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMS2P11 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PMS2P11’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where PMS2P11 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PMS2P11 is over-expressed in tumor.

STAD, LUSC, and READ are the cancer types where PMS2P11 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
