Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PMS2P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PMS2P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PMS2P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PMS2P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PMS2P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
