Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMPCB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMPCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD24P1, HINT1, and HPF1. Each is linked with PMPCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMPCB-to-partner and partner-to-PMPCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD24P1 grouped by PMPCB-low versus PMPCB-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMPCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMPCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
