PML

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PML RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,177 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PML-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFIT3, STAT2, and PARP9. Each is linked with PML in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PML-to-partner and partner-to-PML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PML versus IFIT3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PML→partner) and Y-score (partner→PML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
