The most reproducible PMEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP436, RNA5SP416, and RNU7-12P. Each is linked with PMEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMEL-to-partner and partner-to-PMEL results are reported.
