Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMAIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,908 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PMAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK6, ARMC12, and H2BC7. Each is linked with PMAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PMAIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PMAIP1 versus AK6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
