Across TCGA cell cohorts, PMAIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,345 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMAIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, Negative regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential, and Negative regulation of protein modification process. Each is linked with PMAIP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PMAIP1 results are reported.
