PLXNB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,817 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK10, CBX8, and DOK2. Each is linked with PLXNB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNB1 versus STK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
