PLXNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLXNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM3, RAD51, and CFAP300. Each is linked with PLXNB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRM3 grouped by PLXNB1-low versus PLXNB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
