Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,448 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Post-transcriptional gene silencing, and Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule. Each is linked with PLXNB1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNB1 results are reported.
