PLXNA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLXNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,346 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLXNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK3, GMEB1, and SAMD13. Each is linked with PLXNA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLXNA1-to-partner and partner-to-PLXNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLXNA1 versus AK3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLXNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLXNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
