Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA5, SLC22A25, and RD3. Each is linked with PLTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLTP-to-partner and partner-to-PLTP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA5 grouped by PLTP-low versus PLTP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
