PLPP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGD, NKD2, and ERFE. Each is linked with PLPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP7-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP7 versus CRYGD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
