PLPP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,607 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL21P23, GPIHBP1, and USHBP1. Each is linked with PLPP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP3 versus RPL21P23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
