Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLET1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, CD31, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with PLET1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLET1-to-partner and partner-to-PLET1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
