PLET1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,907 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE2, ZNF26, and NUP62. Each is linked with PLET1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLET1-to-partner and partner-to-PLET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
