Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,053 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHG4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF618, STARD4-AS1, and GABBR1. Each is linked with PLEKHG4B in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG4B-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHG4B versus ZNF618 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
