Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM1P9, ZNHIT3, and MIR4734. Each is linked with PLCD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM1P9 grouped by PLCD3-low versus PLCD3-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
