Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,087 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA4, PPP1R14B, and GPR143. Each is linked with PLCB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB3 versus RPS6KA4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
