Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAU protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,438 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, C1R, and FN1. Each is linked with PLAU in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAU-to-partner and partner-to-PLAU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAU versus UPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
