Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRB2, HERC2, and TSPAN16. Each is linked with PLAC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC8-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAC8 versus PRB2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
