PLAAT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB9, and TRIM21. Each is linked with PLAAT4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT4-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT4 versus PSMB10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
