Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3675, GPR75-ASB3, and TAF9. Each is linked with PLAAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT4-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3675 grouped by PLAAT4-low versus PLAAT4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
