Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,912 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAAT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Negative regulation of viral process, and Phosphatidylethanolamine acyl-chain remodeling. Each is linked with PLAAT4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT4-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation grouped by PLAAT4-low versus PLAAT4-high in BREAST.
