Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G4C-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,135 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G4C-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Platelet activating factor metabolic process, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 type immune response, and Response to type II interferon. Each is linked with PLA2G4C-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4C-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4C-AS1 results are reported.
