Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, Cyclin-B1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PLA2G4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G4A-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G4A results are reported.
