Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,103 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of histamine secretion by mast cell, Histamine secretion, and Isopentenyl diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PLA2G3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G3-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G3 results are reported.
