Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 414 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83E, ATP6V0A4, and COX6A1. Each is linked with PLA2G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G3-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G3 versus FAM83E in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
