PLA2G3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR409, SNORD114-7, and NPAP1P2. Each is linked with PLA2G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G3-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR409 grouped by PLA2G3-low versus PLA2G3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
