Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLA2G3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,252 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLA2G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor-mediated endocytosis of virus by host cell, Proteinogenic amino acid metabolic process, and Regulation of histamine secretion by mast cell. Each is linked with PLA2G3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G3-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G3 results are reported.
