Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLA2G10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLA2G10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AH1P, NUDT4B, and IGKV2OR2-2. Each is linked with PLA2G10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLA2G10-to-partner and partner-to-PLA2G10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AH1P grouped by PLA2G10-low versus PLA2G10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLA2G10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLA2G10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
