Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR5AH1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR5AH1P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR5AH1P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, OR5AH1P RNA expression shows 6,702 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and KICH as cancer lineages where OR5AH1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
