Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU1-57P, and RNA5SP266. Each is linked with PKDCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDCC-to-partner and partner-to-PKDCC results are reported.
