PKD2L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, BPY2DP, and ZFP92. Each is linked with PKD2L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by PKD2L1-low versus PKD2L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
