PKD1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD109, AHNAK2_S260, and PPL. Each is linked with PKD1L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD1L2 versus CD109 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
