Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKD1L2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PKD1L2 data layer compared with 16 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PKD1L2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKD1L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PKD1L2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
