Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA6, GPCPD1, and APOL5. Each is linked with PITX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX3-to-partner and partner-to-PITX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITX3 versus IFNA6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
